Next PTA Meeting
It will be sometime in January or February 2019 - sorry to keep you in such suspense!
All parents are always very welcome – don't worry the meetings normally only take an hour!
School Fireworks Night - Thank you!
A big thank you to those who volunteered to help out at the Fireworks on Saturday.
Without you the thin orange line could have been breached - we salute you!
And congratulations to the School Staff and everyone else who organised and helped out at what was a really spectacular and successful night. Roll on next year!
Christmas Raffle Prize Snafflers wanted!
Though the Christmas Fayre seems a long way off (Fri 07 Dec) we need to try to snaffle those Raffle Prizes now!
So if you've got the gift of the gab (and a thick skin!) we'd love as many volunteers as possible to try to sweet talk local businesses into donating prizes. Whether it's your workplace, a local business or your own business, we should be able to rustle up some great prizes between us.
To avoid bombarding the same companies please enter the details on the spreadsheet below whether you're successful or not!
Good Luck - and thanks for sparing your time and risking rejection. At least you can tell Santa that you really have been good this year!
Raffle Prize Spreadsheet (just click & complete!)
The past year has been a great success with money raised by the PTA through the Summer fete and Christmas fayre, Dinner Dance, Curry and Quiz and School Discos being used to fund new playground equipment, sports day ice pops, school leavers balloons, LEGO 900 project, installation of the defibrillator and hire of the church for the iSing Pop concert.
Curry and Quiz Night 27th February 2018
A fabulous sum of £462 was raised from the Curry and Quiz night and a fun and prize filled evening was had with delicious food at the Rajdoot. Thanks to our Quizmaster Paul Ash and to Jo and Rhys Martin for organising.
