Nos amis en France
Classes 4, 5 and 6 have been communicating with pupils in France. We have had video calls and sent letters. We've sung them songs, told them about ourselves asked them questions about themselves - all in French of course. This has given us real purpose to our learning. Allons faire les courses
Class 4 had fun performing role plays to show off the vocabulary and phrases they have learned for going shopping. Look at the video section of our website to watch a couple.
En ville
Class 4 have also enjoyed learning about places in town and asking for directions this year.
C’est délicieux!
Class 5 enjoyed learning vocabulary for food and drink and using this as the building blocks for new sentences in shopping and restaurant scenarios. Look at our photos and videos of ordering pizza.

Class 6 have written the Christmas story in French.
Class 4 sung the beginning of the French carol, 'Il est né le divin enfant'.
