Welcome to our school website, I hope you enjoy seeing all the exciting opportunities we provide for our children and finding out a little more about the school.
Our school is based within the community of Stratton. We currently have 208 children taught in 7 single age classes. We are very lucky to have excellent facilities; inside we have our own school hall and use of the village hall, a music room, computer suite and library. Outside there are extensive grounds which incorporate an infant play area, large field, nature area, reflective garden and hard surfaced caged sports zone. Our children enjoy using all aspects of their school environment and it provides an excellent platform from which they can achieve their potential in all areas.
Stratton C of E School is a place where, underpinned by Christian values, children are happy and build positive relationships with each other and the adults who support them. We pride ourselves on being able to give children a wide range of sporting, musical and artistic opportunities to shine, as well as providing excellent teaching to ensure they can achieve well academically. We are inclusive and work closely with parents and carers to ensure we work together as an effective team.
We have close links with St Peter's Church in Stratton and our school community is strengthened by our core values of Friendship, Forgiveness, Truth, Responsibility and Respect. We aim to prepare our children for life outside after Stratton C of E Primary School by promoting independent learning and encouraging perseverance and curiosity.
